İts hard to solve your problem from your picture. Check your fonts by clicking on toolbar on iderpt program. You may add your report as ".rpt file" for we can see if it is happeng in our computer.

Hi ammer,

Tick sign comes from symbol fonts in Windows. There is something wrong with fonts but its not easy to say what's wrong about this issue unless checking computer.

they use windows 10

There is no such as problem in windows 10. We can study on computer by remote control with teamviewer software if they want. They may send email to [email protected] after running teamviewer when they are ready. We need ID and password to connect to their computer
