Entities not connected to story rigid diaphgram message is a status, which means element is not included within in current diaphgram.
However you need to check data if this status is correct in your project.
After studying your project I have seen that some columns are not connected correctly to beams and slabs, for example C5 and C6. Please check your datas.
There are some ways to check data. One of them is to look over beam supports in beam reports.
1. Get beam's report
2. Locate Beam Information and Static Result topic
3. See if beam's left and right ends are correct
Please see picture below.
B21, B22 and B23's ends are not correct. We are seeing as blank.
Correct data should be seen as following:
C9 B21 C6
C6 B22 C5
C5 B23 C1
4. Fix problem datas.
5. Check report again.
