Hi Ammer,
These warning messages inform you that objects in your project are non-orthogonal. Check them, if you didn't define those angular objects by accidently, surely you should leave them as it must be, which we are seeing on your screen-shot that your system is non-orthogonal, so ignore these warning messages.
