What Should do if the Ground Stress was Bigger ?

hello
i got the mat foundation having admissible ground stress equal 15 ton\m2
after the analysis of my structure, i found that the ground stress was more than 15,
the thick of mat=60cm
the punching stress of mat checked.
what should i have to fix it?
