What kind of project you want to define diaphragm manually. Normally ideCAD define the diaphragm automatically.
ideCAD Check the slab on the same plane and define automatically diaphragms. Or you check semi rigid option. And analyse the system whole structure slabs beams columns etc.
if you dont create any slab on your system , ideCAD analyze It without diaphragm (flexible). In this case, if you define zero thickness and zero load slab between any number of column your system will be solve with that diaphragm.

Thanks for reply, I have a long building, consist of 3 parts, that`s mean, I have 2 expansion joints. Actually, I want to study them, as seismic joints, since the parts of building are too close (about 3cm width of exp. joint), the building is 10 stories high. I wanna check the real seismic behavior and the possibility of pounding between these parts, just to see if we neet to increase the width of (exp. or seismic) joints.

You can model the building as real. And control the diaphragms. You chek the analysis option as response spectrum and the masses is not on the rigidity center of stories. İf you want distribute the masses whole story and control the diaphragm design please use semi rigid option also.
