how to solve beams not continuity?

You need to set balance between waffle beams. In order to do that, if you use waffle slab, you need to use waffle slab on it's adjacent slab and define same starting point values for each waffle slabs.
You may see how we can do this in example project that I added message below. I recommend that you should use semi rigid diagram method to analysis system.

what happen if i neglect it?

If you neglect "not continuity message", all beams will be analyzed on their location and you will see analysis result from them. Also you cant draw waffle beam's details with continuity, which they will be separate in their details. You should define them as it should be.

indeed, that was I did in project I added
