my idecad statik v8 do not start up?

i got un issue with my idecad statik hasp v 8.103
when i click on idecad icon the window could not to start it up,and still see the waiting symbol

Avast prevents running the program with Deep Silent option in background. Need to make it disabled or make the program exclusion in its own settings.
